Well, Italy is over and done with and it's time for me to start blogging about the rest of my life, even though there really isn't too much to tell or show right now. When I got home from Italy I was SUPER tired, and after I flew up to UPS to visit friends, I went back to Cali where I got sick. Like, really sick. I had these symptoms:
- 103 degree fever
- chills
- body aches
- head aches
- nausea
- loss of apetite
- sore throat
- coughs
At any rate, that pushed back my leave date quite a few days and after I was all better I set off on a Thursday for the beautiful state of WASHINGTON. I drove for like 10 hours all the way to Portland the first day. It was beautiful and pretty fun just to be on the road and on my way. I took some pictures along the way:

It was gorgeous!!!! NorCal and most of Oregon are so beautiful. I spent the night at a friends house in Portland and then got up hellsa early the next morning and finished the drive to Tacoma, WA where I had a beautiful little house in North Tacoma waiting for me. It felt and still feels good to be up here -- it's finally getting to be beautiful and sunny!
While up here I am working at the Pierce County AIDS Foundation planning the AIDS Walk. It's pretty much a 9-5 job that won't get me rich but will pay the rent. I am enjoying it and hopefully will take some trips to Canada or something like that. Good fun.
Also noteworthy is that it was my cats' birthday while I was home and my little sister Callie took some cool pics. Here's one of them:

We gave them these scratching boxes with catnip on them. It was funny to watch because they like roll in it and slobber everywhere. Crazy.
